American Marine Bank, Silverdale, WA. 2006-07.
Building design and construction documents for over 4000 square feet of former garage and retail display space to create a contemporary branch bank. The interior palette of fresh colors and durable materials is complemented by a simple economic yet expressive exterior.
Fernwood Office Park, Poulsbo, WA. 2005-07.
Building design and permit documents for a 15,200 sf. two story office building on a sloped site. The design also includes under structure parking which is integrated with natural wood exterior materials, metal roof, and exposed concrete.
Centennial Rotary Park, Bainbridge
Island, WA. 2004-05.
Site design and permit and construction documents for a two and a half
acre recreational park oriented to visitors and the local community.
The park features information about the cultural and historical features
of Bainbridge Island in its form and applied decorative arts.

Rudolph Planetarium, Battle Point Park, Bainbridge Island, WA. 2004-05.
Concept and site design for a 1000 sf. addition to an astronomical
association that will commemorate the contribution of one of its
members.
The Winslow Mixed Use Development, Bainbridge Island, WA.
2000-04.
Designed in joint venture with Wenzlau Architects, this 52,000 square
foot mixed-use project features an interior courtyard, sidewalk storefronts,
and a brick façade to recall traditional commercial developments.
Located on Bainbridge Island, the three-storey structure is modulated
with a mixture of materials to fit into its small town context.
Beacon Hill Condominiums, Seattle, WA. 1999-2000
Ten-unit townhouse development on an urban site with steep slopes.
Conducted as a joint venture architectural project with John
H. Rudolph.
Daigle Design, Bainbridge Island, WA. 1997 and 2000.
1100 s.f. office interior remodel for a dynamic graphic design
firm followed by an entire exterior make over three years later.
Kindred
Spirits Animal Sanctuary, Suquamish WA.1996-98.
11,000 s.f. shelter facility for dogs, cats, birds, small mammals,
and reptiles on an 18-acre site.
