Wyatt Place

Wyatt Place will consist of 19 residential condominiums and over 10,000 square feet of retail and live-work spaces.  The site is divided into four buildings total, two of which front a busy intersection.  The remaining two buildings provide a backdrop to an interior green space.  The project was undertaken in association with O’Connor Architects.

Pallino, The Landing at Renton

The Pallino restaurant is the latest new prototype for a Seattle base company specializing in “fast casual” dining environments.  The design combines a point of service based ordering process with state of the art cooking equipment.  The lively contemporary décor is a prominent feature of the interior design which features comfortable seating and warm finishes

Whidbey Animal Improvement Foundation (WAIF)

The 12,000 square foot animal shelter is configured around a exterior courtyard and occupies a 10 acre wooded site.  The false front exterior is designed to incorporate historical references to Couperville which is located nearby.  The interior will offer state of the art animal care spaces to promote their health and welfare.  The project is designed in conjunction with Shelter Planners of America.

American Marine Bank

American Marine Bank secured a former hi-fi retail outlet known for its two monumental speaker towers. The extensive remodel converted over 4000 square feet of former garage and retail display space into a contemporary branch bank. The interior palette of fresh colors and durable materials is complemented by a simple economic yet expressive exterior: One of the towers was retained and refinished to give the Bank a visible landmark to the adjoining commercial streets.
